Next, you place your order before our same-day cutoff (typically noon). You’ll get an order confirmation right away. Then our florists start working on your arrangement. We’re selecting the freshest stems, arranging them by hand, and making sure everything looks as good as it should.
Once your flowers are ready, our delivery team takes them to NoHo. We deliver to homes, apartments, offices, hotels—wherever you need them to go. When your flowers are delivered, you’ll get an email notification so you know they arrived. If there’s an issue with the address or the recipient isn’t available, we’ll contact you to figure it out.

NoHo is a small neighborhood, but it’s dense and busy. Buildings have different entry requirements. Some have doormen, some have buzzer systems, some are walk-ups. Our delivery team handles all of that. We also deliver across all five boroughs if your recipient is outside NoHo—Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island.
You can add a personalized message with your order, specify delivery times if you need a specific window, and request custom arrangements if you have something particular in mind. We’re set up to handle last-minute orders, corporate deliveries, and special occasions like birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, weddings, and events.
Our same-day delivery cutoff is typically noon EST for NoHo and most of Manhattan. If you order before noon, we can get your flowers delivered the same day. After that, we’ll deliver the next business day unless you call us and we can work something out.
The earlier you order, the better. Morning orders give us more flexibility with delivery times and let us accommodate specific requests. If you’re in a rush or need flowers delivered by a certain time, call us directly at the number on our website. We’ll tell you what’s possible and what isn’t.

If there’s a doorman, we’ll leave the flowers with them. If it’s a buzzer building, we’ll contact the recipient or follow the delivery instructions you provide.
For office deliveries, we’ll deliver to the reception desk or directly to the recipient’s office if building access allows. If the recipient isn’t available when we arrive, we’ll leave the flowers in a safe location or contact you to arrange an alternative. Once your flowers are delivered, they should last for several days with proper care. Keep them in fresh water, trim the stems at an angle, and keep them away from direct sunlight or heat sources. If your flowers arrive in poor condition or don’t meet your expectations, contact us immediately. We’ll make it right.
