Hear from Our Customers
You’ve ordered flowers before. They looked great in the photo, showed up half-dead, and wilted by Monday. That’s not what happens here.
Every arrangement starts with blooms hand-selected that morning from trusted growers. Not yesterday’s leftovers. Not whatever’s about to turn. The freshest stems available, arranged by people who’ve been doing this for years.
When you order from a flower shop in NoMad that sources properly and delivers fast, your arrangements stay vibrant for a week or longer. You’re not replacing them in 48 hours. You’re not embarrassed when they arrive at someone’s office. They open the box and actually say thank you.
That’s what fresh flowers should do. Look good when they arrive. Still look good days later. Make the person receiving them feel like you put thought into it—because you did.
We’ve been operating out of 3 West 51st Street for decades. Same family. Same standards. Same commitment to getting it right every time.
NoMad professionals don’t have time for flower shops that miss delivery windows or send the wrong arrangement. You need someone who picks up the phone, understands what you’re asking for, and delivers exactly that. On time.
We’ve supplied flowers for Fortune 500 companies, film productions, weddings, and last-minute “I forgot our anniversary” emergencies. The common thread isn’t the occasion—it’s that people trust us to show up when it matters.
You place an order online or call our shop directly. If you’re not sure what you want, we ask a few questions: Who’s it for? What’s the occasion? Any colors or flowers they love or hate?
From there, our team builds the arrangement. We’re pulling from what’s freshest that day—not a pre-made template gathering dust in a cooler. If you order by 2 PM on weekdays, it goes out for same day delivery to anywhere in NoMad or the surrounding Manhattan area.
You get a confirmation when it’s out for delivery. No wondering if it’s coming. No frantic texts to customer service.
If something goes wrong—address issue, recipient not there, anything—we call you immediately and figure it out together. You’re not left guessing. That’s how same day flowers should work when you’re paying for a service, not a gamble.

Every order includes fresh-cut flowers selected the day of your delivery, custom arrangement based on your preferences and occasion, same-day delivery anywhere in NoMad when ordered by 2 PM, and a delivery confirmation so you know it arrived.
NoMad’s demographic skews young, professional, and busy. Most people ordering flowers here are doing it between meetings or during a quick lunch break. You don’t have time to call three florists comparing prices or chase down a delivery driver.
We’ve built our process around that reality. You order fast, we deliver fast, and the flowers look like you spent way more time on it than you did. That’s the point.
Whether it’s a birthday arrangement going to a high-rise on Broadway, a corporate order for a NoMad office, or sympathy flowers being sent across the city, the process is the same: fresh stems, thoughtful design, on-time delivery. No drama.
Orders placed by 2 PM on weekdays get delivered the same day. That’s the hard cutoff. After 2 PM, your order goes out the next business day.
Weekends are tighter—1 PM is the cutoff on Saturdays. Sundays depend on the delivery location and availability, so call us directly if it’s urgent.
If you’re ordering for a specific time window—like “needs to arrive before their 3 PM meeting”—mention that when you order. We’ll tell you right away if it’s doable or if you need to adjust expectations. No one benefits from us saying yes when the answer should be no.
If you follow basic care—trim stems at an angle, change water every two days, keep them out of direct sunlight—you’re looking at 7 to 10 days for most arrangements. Some blooms like orchids last even longer.
The difference is in the sourcing. We’re buying from growers we’ve worked with for years, and we’re turning inventory over fast. You’re getting flowers that were cut recently, not sitting in a warehouse for a week before they even reach us.
Flowers that die in 48 hours weren’t fresh when they arrived. That’s a quality control problem, and it’s exactly what we’ve built our reputation on avoiding. You shouldn’t have to guess whether your flowers will make it to the weekend.
You can fully customize. If you see something on our site you like but want different colors, more roses, no lilies—whatever—just tell us when you order.
If you have zero idea what you want, that’s fine too. We’ll ask about the recipient, the occasion, your budget, and any preferences. Then we build something based on what’s freshest and what makes sense for the situation.
Customization doesn’t mean it takes longer or costs more by default. It just means you get what you actually want instead of settling for a generic arrangement because it was easier to click “add to cart.” That’s how a real flower shop should operate.
Yes. We deliver to both. Office buildings, apartment high-rises, hotel lobbies, coworking spaces—we’ve done them all in NoMad.
If you’re sending to a business, include the company name, floor number, and recipient’s full name. That speeds up delivery and reduces the chance of it sitting at a front desk while someone tries to figure out who “Sarah” is in a 12-story building.
For residential, buzz codes or doorman instructions help. The more detail you give us up front, the smoother it goes. We’re not trying to play detective when our delivery driver is standing outside with a bouquet in 90-degree heat.
We’ll try to reach them using the contact info you provided. If they don’t answer and there’s no safe place to leave the flowers, we call you to figure out next steps.
Options usually include: redelivery later that day if timing allows, leaving with a doorman or neighbor if you approve it, or holding the arrangement at our shop for pickup. We don’t just leave flowers on a doorstep in the summer sun and hope for the best.
If redelivery is needed and it’s outside the same-day window, there may be an additional delivery fee depending on the situation. We’ll talk through it with you before making any decisions. No surprises on your credit card statement.
