Delivery fees vary by distance, but we keep them reasonable because we want you to be able to send flowers without worrying about surprise costs. We’ll always tell you the total cost upfront, including delivery.
We handle this carefully because we know how important it is that your flowers actually reach the recipient. Our delivery team will first try to reach the recipient directly using the contact information you provide.
If no one’s available, we work with doormen, building staff, or neighbors when it’s safe to do so. For apartment buildings, we often coordinate with the front desk or concierge. We only leave flowers unattended if we’re confident they’ll be secure and found quickly.
If we can’t complete the delivery safely, we’ll contact you immediately to arrange a redelivery time that works. We don’t just abandon flowers on doorsteps – your investment and the recipient’s experience are both too important for that.
For standard arrangements, you can order as late as 1 PM for same-day delivery. For custom work or large orders, we prefer at least 24-48 hours notice, but we’ve handled rush jobs with just a few hours’ notice when needed.
The more complex your request, the more time we need. A simple bouquet of roses? We can handle that same-day easily. An elaborate centerpiece with specific exotic flowers? That might need a day or two to source everything properly.
When in doubt, call us. We’re pretty good at working with tight timelines, and we’ll tell you honestly what we can deliver and when. We’d rather set realistic expectations than promise something we can’t deliver perfectly.
