Our florists get to work in our Midtown shop. We don’t use pre-made arrangements sitting in a cooler. Each order is crafted fresh, using the best flowers we have that day. If something isn’t up to our standards, we don’t use it.

Our drivers know the city, so they can navigate traffic, find hard-to-locate buildings, and make sure your flowers arrive looking as good as when they left our shop. Corporate deliveries by 5 PM, residential by 7 PM on busy days.

Call us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. If your order hasn’t been prepared yet, we can usually accommodate modifications to the arrangement, delivery address, or timing without any issues.
Once our florists have started working on your arrangement, changes become more limited, but we’ll do our best to help. Address changes are usually possible as long as the new location is within our delivery area and our driver hasn’t already left for delivery.
