Every arrangement is made by hand in our Midtown shop using fresh stems selected that day. We follow the design you ordered, but because flowers are natural products, there can be slight variations in size, color intensity, or availability depending on the season.
If a specific flower isn’t available, we’ll substitute with something comparable in color and style—never something cheaper or less impressive. If you have strong preferences or want to avoid certain flowers, mention that in the order notes or call ahead.

If no one answers and the flowers can’t be left safely, you’ll be contacted to reschedule or provide an alternative delivery address. The flowers won’t be left outside where they could wilt, get stolen, or damaged by weather.
This is why it’s important to include a phone number for the recipient and double-check the delivery address before submitting your order. Most delivery issues happen because of incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers, not because we didn’t show up.
