Hear from Our Customers
You’re not ordering flowers because you have extra time on your hands. You need them to arrive today, look like what you ordered, and get to the right person without a string of “where are they?” texts.
That’s where most flower delivery falls apart. The arrangement doesn’t match the photo. It shows up wilted. It gets left in a mailroom. Or worse, it just never arrives and customer service goes silent.
We handle your order start to finish. Our drivers know Manhattan building protocols, doorman procedures, and how to navigate Morningside Heights during move-in week at Columbia. Your arrangement gets made fresh that morning in our Midtown shop, not assembled days ago in a warehouse across the country. If you order before 2 PM on a weekday, it goes out same-day to anywhere in Manhattan below 100th Street.
We’ve been creating and delivering fresh flower arrangements across Manhattan since 2004. We’re located at 3 West 51st Street in Midtown, and we source our flowers fresh each morning from the city’s wholesale district.
We know Morningside Heights. We know the academic calendar at Columbia, Barnard, and Manhattan School of Music. We know which buildings require advance notice and which doormen will accept deliveries for residents. We’ve delivered to graduation celebrations, faculty offices, hospital rooms at Mount Sinai, and production sets across the city.
You’re not getting a call center in another state. You’re getting a local flower shop that understands Manhattan logistics and doesn’t outsource to third parties when things get busy.
You place your order online or call us directly. If it’s before 2 PM on a weekday, we’ll deliver same-day throughout Manhattan below 100th Street. If it’s after that cutoff or on a weekend, we’ll confirm your delivery date and time window.
Our designers create your arrangement fresh that morning using flowers we sourced from the wholesale district. We don’t use pre-made arrangements sitting in a cooler. Every order gets made specifically for you, which is why we need that lead time.
Our delivery team heads out with your arrangement in temperature-controlled vehicles. They know the neighborhood, the buildings, and how to handle special delivery instructions. If there’s an issue at delivery—recipient isn’t available, building won’t accept it, wrong address—our driver contacts you immediately so we can solve it together. You’ll get confirmation once it’s been delivered successfully.

We create hand-crafted fresh floral arrangements for any occasion—birthdays, anniversaries, sympathy, congratulations, or just because. You can choose from our existing designs or call us for something custom. We specialize in orchids and source both classic and exotic varieties from top growers.
For weddings and events, we offer full-service floral design including personal consultations and coordination with venues throughout New York City. We’ve worked with spaces across Manhattan and understand the logistics of ceremony and reception setups.
Corporate clients use us for weekly delivery service to keep office lobbies and reception areas looking fresh. We also work with film and TV production companies that need flowers for sets—we understand tight timelines and last-minute changes that come with production work.
Morningside Heights has its own rhythm. During Columbia’s graduation week in May, we’re delivering congratulatory arrangements to apartments and dorm buildings across the neighborhood. During the academic year, we see orders for faculty appreciation, student performances at Manhattan School of Music, and events at the Jewish Theological Seminary. We adjust our delivery schedule and inventory based on what’s happening locally.
Yes, if you order before 2 PM Monday through Friday. That cutoff exists because our designers need time to create your arrangement fresh that morning, and our delivery team needs to navigate Midtown traffic to get it to you.
Same-day delivery covers Manhattan below 100th Street, which includes Morningside Heights. Our drivers are familiar with the neighborhood—they know Columbia’s campus buildings, the residential streets between Riverside and Morningside Drive, and how to handle deliveries during busy times like move-in week or graduation.
If you’re ordering after 2 PM or on a weekend, we’ll work with you to schedule next-day or a specific delivery date. We’d rather be upfront about timing than promise same-day and miss it.
Every arrangement is made fresh in our Midtown shop by our designers. We don’t use pre-packaged boxes or outsource to third-party florists who might substitute whatever they have on hand.
That said, flowers are a natural product. If a specific bloom isn’t available that day or isn’t at the quality standard we’re comfortable sending, we’ll substitute with something comparable in color, style, and value. If that’s a problem for your order, call us directly before placing it so we can confirm exactly what’s available.
We’ve been doing this for 20 years. Our reputation depends on your arrangement arriving as close to what you ordered as possible. If something’s off when it arrives, contact us immediately and we’ll make it right.
Our driver will attempt to leave it with a doorman or building staff if it’s an apartment building. Most buildings in Morningside Heights have doormen or package rooms that accept deliveries, especially the larger residential buildings near Columbia.
If it’s a walk-up or private residence and no one answers, our driver will contact you using the phone number you provided at checkout. We’ll work with you to either redeliver later that day, leave it in a safe location if you approve, or reschedule for the next day.
We don’t just leave flowers on a doorstep in Manhattan and hope for the best. Our drivers know that arrangements left outside in summer heat or winter cold won’t survive, and we’re not interested in delivering wilted flowers.
Yes. We’ve been delivering to Columbia’s campus for years, so we know the building layouts, security protocols, and how to reach specific dorm rooms or faculty offices.
Some buildings require us to leave deliveries at a central mail room or reception desk rather than going directly to a dorm room. That’s a campus policy, not our choice. If that’s the case, the recipient will get notified by campus staff that they have a delivery waiting.
For faculty offices or administrative buildings, we coordinate with building staff to ensure the arrangement reaches the right person. If you’re sending flowers to someone at Columbia, Barnard, or any of the other institutions in Morningside Heights, include as much detail as possible in the delivery instructions—building name, room number, department—so we can navigate it efficiently.
Delivery fees depend on the day and timing. Same-day delivery Monday through Friday costs more than scheduled next-day delivery. Weekend and holiday deliveries also have different pricing because of staffing and demand.
You’ll see the exact delivery fee at checkout before you complete your order. We don’t hide it until the final page or add surprise charges after you’ve already entered your credit card. The price you see is the price you pay.
Arrangement prices vary based on size, flower type, and complexity. A simple hand-tied bouquet costs less than a large centerpiece with premium blooms. If you have a budget in mind, call us and we’ll tell you what’s realistic for that amount.
