Hear from Our Customers
When you need flowers delivered in East New York today, you’re not just hoping they arrive. You’re counting on them to look right, smell right, and get there before the moment passes.
Our delivery team knows Brooklyn. We know which buildings in East New York require buzzer codes, which have package rooms, and which need direct handoff. That’s not something you get from a national service routing orders through a call center in another state.
Every arrangement gets made the morning it ships. We’re not pulling pre-made bouquets from refrigeration. We’re selecting stems, designing to order, and delivering while they’re still opening. That’s the difference between flowers that last three days and flowers that last over a week.
We’ve been operating in Manhattan for over 30 years, serving all five boroughs including East New York and greater Brooklyn. We’re a family-owned flower shop that’s worked with everyone from individual customers to corporate clients like WeWork and Chanel.
East New York has its own rhythm. The neighborhood is home to nearly 200,000 residents, and we’ve learned how to navigate its buildings, coordinate with its businesses, and meet delivery windows that matter to people who live and work there. That local knowledge doesn’t come from a database—it comes from doing this work, in this city, for decades.
You place an order online or by phone. If it’s before 2 PM on a weekday, same-day delivery is available across East New York and most of Brooklyn. If it’s after that cutoff or on a weekend, we’ll confirm the next available delivery window.
Our florists head to the wholesale flower market each morning to hand-select what’s fresh that day. Once your order comes in, we design it from scratch using those stems—no pre-made arrangements sitting in a cooler. Everything is crafted to order.
Our delivery team handles the last mile. We know East New York’s buildings, streets, and delivery protocols. If there’s a doorman, we coordinate. If it’s a walk-up, we make contact. If the recipient isn’t home, we follow your instructions—leave with a neighbor, call the recipient, or return it to our shop for redelivery. You get tracking updates so you’re not left guessing.

Every arrangement includes fresh flowers selected that day, hand-designed by our florists, and same-day or next-day delivery to East New York addresses. We handle everything from single bouquets to large event orders, corporate office arrangements, wedding flowers, and funeral tributes.
East New York’s demographics skew younger than much of Brooklyn, with a median age of 36 and a large population of working professionals and families. That means a lot of our orders here are for birthdays, anniversaries, new babies, and “just because” moments. We also service local businesses that want weekly fresh flowers in their lobbies or offices.
If you’re ordering for a specific building or business in East New York, our team knows how to handle it. We’ve delivered to residential high-rises, brownstones, medical offices, and corporate spaces throughout the neighborhood. We know which buildings require appointments, which accept packages at the desk, and which need direct recipient contact. That’s not something you get from a florist operating out of New Jersey or using third-party couriers who’ve never been to the neighborhood.
Yes. If you place your order before 2 PM Monday through Friday, we can deliver same-day to most East New York addresses. Weekend and holiday orders have different cutoff times, so it’s worth calling if you’re cutting it close.
Same-day delivery works because we’re based in Midtown Manhattan, not in a suburb or another state. Our drivers know Brooklyn’s streets and building layouts. They’re not relying on GPS alone or guessing at building protocols.
If your order comes in after the cutoff, we’ll deliver next day. We don’t promise same-day and then push it to the next morning without telling you. If timing is critical—like a birthday or anniversary—call us directly and we’ll tell you exactly what’s possible.
We source flowers each morning from New York City’s wholesale district. Our florists go to the market, hand-select stems that are in peak condition, and bring them back to the shop. Your arrangement gets designed that same day using those flowers.
This is different from florists who order in bulk, store inventory for a week, and pull from refrigeration as orders come in. Those flowers might look fine when they arrive, but they won’t last. Ours are cut recently, handled carefully, and arranged fresh.
Once your arrangement is delivered, it should last seven to ten days with basic care—water changes every two days, trimmed stems, and placement away from direct heat. If something arrives damaged or wilted, contact us immediately. We’ll replace it or refund you. That’s not a policy we hide in fine print—it’s how we’ve operated for 30 years.
We follow the delivery instructions you provide at checkout. If you want us to leave the arrangement with a doorman or neighbor, we will. If you want us to call the recipient and arrange a handoff, we do that. If you need us to hold it and redeliver, we can coordinate that too.
East New York has a mix of housing—high-rises with doormen, walk-ups, single-family homes, and everything in between. Our drivers know the area and adjust their approach based on the building type. If it’s a secure building and the recipient isn’t answering, we won’t just leave flowers in a hallway.
The goal is to get flowers into the recipient’s hands in good condition, not to check a box and move on. If there’s an issue, we contact you right away so you can decide what happens next. You’re not left wondering if the flowers are sitting outside in the heat or got delivered to the wrong apartment.
Yes. We handle full wedding and event floral services, including consultations, design, delivery, and setup. If you’re planning a wedding or large event in East New York, we’ll meet with you to discuss your vision, color palette, venue layout, and budget.
We’ve worked on weddings across all five boroughs and know how to coordinate with venues in Brooklyn. That includes timing deliveries around setup windows, working with event coordinators, and making sure arrangements hold up through ceremonies and receptions.
For East New York events, we also consider venue type. If it’s an outdoor summer wedding, we choose flowers that won’t wilt in heat. If it’s a formal indoor event, we design arrangements that match the space’s scale and style. This isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. Every event gets individual attention, and we don’t move forward until you’re confident in the plan.
Delivery fees depend on timing and location within East New York, but most standard same-day deliveries run between $15 and $25. If you’re ordering for a hard-to-reach address or need delivery outside normal hours, the fee may be higher. We’ll tell you the exact cost before you confirm the order.
Arrangement prices vary based on size, flower type, and seasonality. A simple hand-tied bouquet starts around $50. Larger arrangements with premium flowers like garden roses or peonies run higher. If you have a budget in mind, tell us. We’ll design something that fits without padding the order with filler you didn’t ask for.
We don’t hide fees or surprise you at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. If you’re comparing us to a national service that advertises $39 bouquets but adds $20 in fees and delivers something half the size of what’s pictured, you’ll notice the difference when the arrangement arrives.
