We design your arrangement fresh that morning. No pre-made bouquets sitting in a cooler. We hand-select stems based on what came in from the wholesale market that day, arrange them in our shop, and prep them for delivery.
Our driver loads your arrangement into a climate-controlled vehicle and heads to the delivery address. If it’s a doorman building, we coordinate directly. If it’s a walk-up, we call the recipient to arrange a handoff. If it’s a corporate office, we navigate their mailroom protocols. Once delivered, you get confirmation.

Delivery covers Manhattan below 100th Street, with same-day service for orders placed before our cutoff times. They know which buildings require scheduled delivery windows and which ones accept packages at the desk. Orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Friday get same-day delivery throughout Manhattan below 100th Street. On weekends, the cutoff is 1 PM on Saturday and 11 AM on Sunday.
If you miss the cutoff, we’ll deliver first thing the next business day. We don’t promise same-day and then push your order to the next day without telling you. If we can’t make it happen same-day, we’ll let you know upfront.
During peak seasons—Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, holidays—cutoff times may shift earlier. We’ll post updated times on our website and confirm delivery windows when you place your order. That said, flowers are a natural product. If a specific bloom isn’t available that day, we’ll substitute with something comparable in color, style, and value. We don’t swap premium roses for carnations and call it close enough. If we need to make a substitution that significantly changes the arrangement, we’ll contact you first.

That conversation happens before you place the order, not after the arrangement shows up looking nothing like you expected.
We don’t leave flowers sitting outside an apartment door or in a building lobby where they’ll wilt or disappear. If the recipient isn’t available, we contact them directly to arrange a delivery time that works.
For doorman buildings, we leave the arrangement with the front desk and notify the recipient. For walk-ups and buildings without doormen, we call ahead to coordinate timing. If we can’t reach anyone, we contact you to discuss options—either rescheduling delivery or arranging for pickup at our Midtown location.
This is especially important for temperature-sensitive arrangements during summer heat or winter cold. Flowers left sitting outside don’t last. We’d rather take the extra time to coordinate a proper handoff than deliver something that’s going to die before anyone sees it. If delivery timing is critical—like for a birthday surprise or anniversary—let us know when you order. We’ll prioritize coordination to make sure it happens right.
We source flowers every morning from New York’s wholesale district. That means the blooms we use in your arrangement arrived in the city that day or the night before. We’re not pulling from inventory that’s been sitting in a cooler for a week.
Once arranged, flowers typically last 5-7 days with proper care. Some blooms, like roses and lilies, can last longer. Others, like tulips, have a shorter vase life but offer a different aesthetic. We include care instructions with every delivery—water levels, stem trimming, placement away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
If your arrangement arrives and doesn’t look fresh, contact us immediately. We’ll either send a replacement or issue a refund. We don’t argue about it or make you submit photos for review. If something’s wrong, we fix it. That’s how we’ve stayed in business in a city where word travels fast and nobody tolerates excuses.
