Hear from Our Customers
You need flowers that show up on time and actually last. Not something that looks great in a photo but wilts by Thursday.
When you order flower arrangements from us, you’re getting stems that were cut this week, not last month. We source from the NYC flower district every morning, design your arrangement the same day, and deliver it ourselves. No warehouses. No cross-country shipping. No wondering if what arrives will match what you ordered.
Most of our arrangements last 5-10 days with basic care. Roses, lilies, and orchids go even longer. That’s what happens when flowers are fresh and handled by people who actually know what they’re doing.
We operate in NoMad, right in the heart of Manhattan’s flower district. That means we’re not calling a call center three states away when your delivery needs to reach a building with security protocols.
Our drivers know which lobbies require appointments, which doormen prefer advance notice, and how to navigate Midtown during lunch rush. We deliver to corporate offices, residential buildings, funeral homes, and event venues throughout Manhattan below 100th Street.
When something needs to get there today, we handle it. When you call, you talk to someone local who can actually fix a problem if one comes up.
You place an order online or by phone. If it’s before 2 PM on a weekday, we can deliver same day.
That morning, our team heads to the NYC flower district and picks out the freshest stems available. We’re looking at blooms in person, not ordering from a catalog. Once we’re back, your arrangement gets designed based on what you ordered—whether that’s a specific style, a seasonal mix, or something custom.
After it’s arranged, our driver delivers it directly to the address you provided. If it’s going to a corporate office, we coordinate with building security. If it’s a residence, we confirm someone’s available or leave it with the front desk.
You get a notification when it’s delivered. If there’s an issue—wrong address, building access problem, recipient not available—you can call us directly and we’ll sort it out.

Every arrangement includes fresh flowers sourced that morning, professional design, same-day delivery within Manhattan, and direct communication if anything changes. No wire service fees. No outsourcing to third parties who don’t know the neighborhood.
If you’re ordering for a corporate office, we handle the logistics. Manhattan buildings have their own rules—some require scheduled deliveries, others won’t accept packages after 4 PM, and plenty have security desks that need advance notice. We’ve been doing this long enough to know which buildings need what.
For events and weddings, we coordinate directly with your venue. That means confirming delivery windows, handling setup if needed, and making sure everything’s in place before guests arrive. We work with venues throughout NoMad, Midtown, the Financial District, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Seasonal flowers are always the better choice if you want something that lasts. They’re fresher, hardier, and significantly less expensive than out-of-season imports. We’ll tell you what’s in season when you order, and we’ll be honest if what you’re asking for isn’t available or won’t hold up.
Yes, if you order by 2 PM Monday through Friday. That’s the cutoff because we source flowers from the NYC flower district each morning, design arrangements in-house, and deliver them ourselves throughout Manhattan.
Same-day delivery covers NoMad, Midtown, the Financial District, Chelsea, Murray Hill, Flatiron, and most areas below 100th Street. If you’re outside that range or ordering on a weekend, delivery times vary depending on volume and location.
If you’re not sure whether your address qualifies for same-day service, call us. We’ll tell you straight whether we can make it happen or if next-day is more realistic.
Most arrangements last 5-10 days with proper care. Roses, lilies, and orchids tend to last longer—sometimes up to two weeks. Tulips and peonies are shorter-lived but worth it if you want something seasonal and dramatic.
The reason our flowers last longer than what you’d get from a national chain is because they’re fresh. We’re not shipping arrangements cross-country in boxes or storing them in warehouses. They’re cut this week, arranged today, and delivered within hours.
To get the most life out of your arrangement, change the water every two days, keep it out of direct sunlight, and trim the stems at an angle every few days. If something wilts earlier than expected, call us. That’s not normal and we’ll make it right.
Yes. We deliver to corporate offices throughout Manhattan every day, and we know how building security works in this city.
Some buildings require advance notice and a scheduled delivery window. Others won’t let drivers past the lobby without recipient confirmation. A few require deliveries to go through loading docks or specific entrances during certain hours.
When you place an order going to an office, let us know if there are any special instructions—building name, floor number, suite, whether the recipient needs to come down to the lobby. If we run into access issues, we’ll call you or the recipient directly to figure it out. We’re not leaving flowers with the wrong person or in the wrong place.
National services take a cut of your order, then outsource the actual work to a local florist. That means less money goes toward your flowers, and you’re dealing with a call center if something goes wrong.
When you order from us, we handle everything. We source the flowers, design the arrangement, and deliver it ourselves. If there’s a problem, you call us directly and talk to someone who was actually involved in making your order.
The other difference is freshness. We’re sourcing from the NYC flower district every morning and designing arrangements the same day. National chains often ship pre-made arrangements from warehouses or rely on flowers that have been sitting in storage. You can see the difference in how long they last.
We do custom arrangements. If you have something specific in mind—certain colors, certain flowers, a particular style—we’ll work with you to design it.
The process is straightforward. You tell us what you’re looking for, we let you know what’s available and in season, and we design based on that conversation. If you want something that’s not in season or won’t last, we’ll tell you and suggest an alternative.
Custom orders work best if you give us at least a day’s notice, but we can usually accommodate same-day requests if you call before noon. Pricing depends on the flowers and size, but we’ll give you a clear quote before we start.
