You’re not ordering flowers because everything’s going perfectly. Someone forgot an anniversary. A client closed a deal. Your mom’s birthday snuck up faster than expected. Maybe you just need to send something that says you’re thinking about them—and you need it to happen today.
Same-day flower delivery in Manhattan isn’t just about speed. It’s about knowing the flowers will actually arrive, that they’ll look fresh when they get there, and that whoever receives them won’t wonder why you sent something generic from a catalog.
We source from the NYC Flower District each morning, design your arrangement the same day, and deliver it ourselves. That means your flowers go from market to vase in hours, not days. They last longer. They look better. And when you say you’re sending flowers, they actually show up.
We operate from 3 West 51st Street, just off Fifth Avenue near Rockefeller Plaza. We’re not a wire service farming out orders to whoever’s available. We’re a family-owned flower shop that’s been handling Manhattan deliveries long enough to know which buildings require lobby drop-off, which doormen need advance notice, and how to reach someone on the 47th floor of a Midtown office tower.
Our drivers know the difference between a Chelsea walk-up and a Financial District high-rise. They coordinate with building staff, confirm delivery with the recipient, and don’t leave arrangements sitting in a lobby hoping someone finds them.
You’re working with people who understand that Manhattan flower delivery means navigating security desks, timing around lunch rushes, and making sure your arrangement doesn’t sit in a hot truck for three hours before it gets dropped off.
Here’s what happens when you order. You place your order online or call us directly—tell us what you’re looking for, or pick something from our current designs. If you need custom colors, specific flowers, or something built around a theme, we handle that too.
Our florists head to the Flower District that morning and hand-select stems that are fresh and in peak bloom. Then they design your arrangement in our Midtown shop. If you ordered before 2 PM on a weekday and you’re delivering below 100th Street, it goes out the same day.
Our delivery team takes it from there. They know Manhattan—the buildings, the neighborhoods, the logistics. If there’s an issue with access or timing, they contact you immediately. You get confirmation when it’s delivered, so you’re not left wondering if it actually made it.
If you’re ordering for Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, or upper Manhattan, we typically need 24 hours’ notice. But the process is the same: fresh flowers, custom design, reliable delivery.
Ready to get started?
Every arrangement starts with flowers sourced that morning from the NYC Flower District. You’re not getting blooms that were boxed up three states away and shipped overnight. You’re getting stems that were thriving a few hours ago and will last a week or more in the vase.
Custom design is standard here, not an upcharge. If you need corporate flowers for a product launch, wedding arrangements that match a specific palette, or sympathy pieces with meaningful elements, we work with your vision. You tell us the occasion, the budget, and any preferences. We design something that fits.
Manhattan flower delivery below 100th Street gets same-day service when you order before 2 PM, Monday through Friday. For other boroughs or upper Manhattan, plan for 24-hour turnaround. We also handle corporate accounts—offices that need weekly arrangements, event florals, or client gifts on a recurring schedule.
If you’re in film or production, we’ve worked on sets throughout the city. We understand period-appropriate flowers, arrangements that hold up under hot lights, and coordinating with production designers on tight timelines. Orchid delivery is another specialty—single plants or multi-stem arrangements that work well for corporate clients who want something low-maintenance but high-impact.
If you’re delivering below 100th Street in Manhattan, the cutoff is 2 PM, Monday through Friday. Order before then, and your arrangement gets designed and delivered the same day.
For areas outside that zone—Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx, Staten Island, or upper Manhattan—we usually need at least 24 hours. That’s not because we can’t move fast. It’s because we want to guarantee your flowers arrive fresh and on time, and those areas require more coordination with building access and delivery windows.
If you’re cutting it close or have a specific delivery window, call us directly. We’ll tell you exactly what’s possible and won’t promise something we can’t deliver.
Most online flower services ship arrangements that were made days earlier, or they use flowers that traveled cross-country in a box. By the time they reach your recipient, they’ve already been through a lot.
We source flowers each morning from the NYC Flower District, then design your arrangement the same day you order. That means the flowers go from wholesale market to our shop to your recipient within hours. They haven’t been sitting in a warehouse. They haven’t been shipped overnight. They’re fresh, conditioned properly, and designed to last.
You’ll notice the difference when the arrangement arrives. The blooms are more open, the colors are brighter, and they last longer in the vase—usually a week or more with basic care.
Our drivers are familiar with Manhattan buildings and how they operate. If it’s a doorman building, they hand-deliver to the concierge and get confirmation. If it’s a walk-up or office, they coordinate with the recipient to make sure someone’s available.
If there’s an issue—wrong address, recipient unavailable, or building security won’t allow access—we contact you immediately. We don’t leave flowers on a stoop or in a lobby unless you’ve explicitly asked us to. We also don’t just mark it “delivered” and hope for the best.
You get real-time updates if something changes, and we work with you to figure out the next step. That might mean redelivery, a different address, or holding the arrangement until the recipient is available. The goal is to make sure your flowers actually reach the person you’re sending them to.
Yes. Custom design is one of our specialties, not an add-on service. If you have specific colors, particular flowers, or a style in mind, we work with that.
When you order, tell us what you’re looking for—whether it’s all white blooms for a corporate event, seasonal flowers in fall tones, or something built around a recipient’s favorite color. Our florists visit the Flower District each morning and hand-select what’s available and thriving that day.
If a specific flower isn’t available or isn’t in good condition, we’ll suggest a comparable alternative and check with you before substituting. We’re not going to send something completely different without your knowledge. The goal is an arrangement that matches your vision and arrives looking exactly like you hoped it would.
We handle corporate flower delivery throughout Manhattan, from recurring office arrangements to large-scale event florals. That includes product launches, conferences, client appreciation events, and holiday parties.
Many Manhattan businesses use us for weekly or monthly arrangements in their lobbies, reception areas, or executive offices. We also coordinate larger projects—custom designs that match brand colors, event florals that need to be installed and broken down on tight timelines, and client gifts that reflect well on your company.
If you’re planning a corporate event, we work directly with you or your event planner to understand the space, the message, and the budget. Then we create designs that fit. We’ve also worked with film and production teams throughout the city, so if you need flowers for a set or shoot, we understand those unique requirements too.
