Hear from Our Customers
You need flowers today. Not tomorrow. Not next week. Maybe it’s an anniversary you almost forgot, an apology that can’t wait, or a celebration happening tonight.
Most florists in the area will tell you it’s too late. Or they’ll take your order and send something that looks nothing like what you clicked on. Wilted stems. Wrong colors. A “designer’s choice” arrangement that screams last-minute panic.
Here’s what actually happens when you order from us. You place your order before our cutoff time. We design your arrangement that same morning using flowers we picked up from the Flower District a few hours earlier. Our driver heads to the Lower East Side with your arrangement—not a box of loose stems, but a finished piece that’s ready to hand over or display immediately.
You get delivery confirmation. Your recipient gets fresh flowers. And you don’t spend the rest of your day wondering if it actually showed up.
We’re based in Midtown Manhattan, just off Fifth Avenue near Rockefeller Plaza. We’ve been serving New York City for years—not as a national chain or an app that outsources to random local shops, but as an actual florist with an actual location and actual designers who show up every morning.
The Lower East Side is one of our most frequent delivery zones. Our drivers know the buildings, the doormen, the loading docks, and the security protocols. They know where to park, who to call, and how to get your flowers where they need to go without the runaround.
You’re not our first Lower East Side delivery. You’re one of hundreds we’ve done this month alone.
You place an order online or over the phone. If it’s before our same-day cutoff, we’re designing it today. If it’s after, it goes out first thing tomorrow.
Our team heads to the NYC Flower District early each morning. We’re not pulling from last week’s inventory or some warehouse in New Jersey. We’re hand-selecting fresh stems based on what’s in season, what looks best that day, and what your order calls for.
Back at our Midtown shop, your arrangement gets designed. If you ordered something specific, we follow it. If you asked for designer’s choice, we build something that fits the occasion and your budget without cutting corners.
Once it’s ready, our driver loads up and heads to the Lower East Side. You get a notification when it’s delivered. If there’s an issue—building’s locked, recipient’s not home, doorman won’t accept it—we call you immediately and figure it out together.
No guessing. No generic email updates. No wondering if it actually arrived.
Ready to get started?
Every arrangement is built to order. That means if you need something for a birthday, an apology, a corporate event, or a dinner party tonight, we’re designing it specifically for that purpose.
You can choose from our existing collections—modern, traditional, seasonal, or occasion-based—or you can call us and describe what you’re picturing. We’ll tell you if it’s doable, what it’ll cost, and when we can get it there.
The Lower East Side has a mix of walk-ups, high-rises, new developments, and older buildings with tricky access. We’ve delivered to all of them. If you’re sending flowers to a residential building with a strict doorman, we’ll coordinate. If it’s a walk-up with no buzzer, we’ll call the recipient. If it’s a business, we’ll confirm the suite number and delivery hours before we leave.
We also handle standing orders. If you need weekly or monthly flower delivery for your Lower East Side apartment or office, we’ll set up a schedule and keep it consistent. Same quality, same reliability, no need to reorder every time.
Our cutoff for same-day delivery is typically early afternoon, but it depends on the day and how many orders we’re handling. If you’re ordering in the morning, you’re almost always fine. If it’s past noon, call us instead of ordering online so we can confirm whether we can still get it there today.
We’re not going to take your money for same-day delivery and then quietly switch it to next-day. If we can’t make it happen today, we’ll tell you upfront and give you the option to proceed with next-day or cancel.
The Lower East Side is close enough to our Midtown location that we can usually make it work even on tight timelines, but we’d rather be honest with you than overpromise.
If you order a specific arrangement from our site, we recreate it as closely as possible using the freshest available flowers. Sometimes a specific bloom isn’t available that day—seasonal issues, supplier shortages, or quality problems. When that happens, we substitute with something comparable in color, style, and value. We don’t downgrade.
If you’re worried about it, call us when you order. We’ll walk through what’s available and what we’re planning to use. You can also request photos before delivery if it’s a high-stakes arrangement like a wedding bouquet or a major corporate piece.
We’ve been doing this long enough to know what works and what doesn’t. If something’s going to look different than you expect, we’ll flag it before we send it out.
Yes. We deliver to Lower East Side apartment buildings, condos, co-ops, and walk-ups all the time. Our drivers are used to working with doormen, concierge desks, and building management.
If the building requires ID, advance notice, or a specific delivery entrance, let us know when you order. We’ll coordinate directly with the building if needed. If the doorman won’t accept the delivery or the recipient isn’t home, we’ll contact you immediately to figure out next steps.
We don’t just leave flowers in a lobby and hope for the best. We confirm the delivery was received, and if there’s a problem, we stay on it until it’s resolved. You’ll get a notification once it’s successfully delivered.
Absolutely. Most of our same-day delivery orders come from people who aren’t physically in the city. You can order online or call us directly, and we’ll handle everything from design to delivery.
Just make sure you have the correct address, apartment number, and recipient’s phone number. If it’s a business, include the company name and suite number. The more detail you give us, the smoother the delivery goes.
If you’re sending flowers for a specific occasion and you want to include a card message, you can add that during checkout or tell us over the phone. We print it, attach it to the arrangement, and make sure it gets delivered exactly as you intended.
Call us immediately. If something’s wrong—flowers are wilted, the arrangement is damaged, or it doesn’t match what you ordered—we’ll fix it. That usually means sending a replacement arrangement the same day or issuing a refund, depending on what you prefer.
We source our flowers fresh every morning and design everything in-house, so quality issues are rare. But delivery problems happen. A box gets jostled in transit. A vase tips over. A building’s heating system is cranked too high and wilts everything within an hour.
We’re not going to argue with you or make you send photos as proof. If you’re unhappy, we’ll make it right. That’s how we’ve stayed in business this long.
