Once it’s designed, it goes into a climate-controlled delivery vehicle. Our driver heads to Randall’s Island with your delivery window in mind. When it’s delivered, you get a text or email with the time and who received it. If there’s an issue—building’s locked, recipient’s not home—we contact you immediately, not three hours later.
Most arrangements last five to ten days if you follow basic care steps. We include instructions with every delivery. If something’s wrong with the flowers themselves, you let us know and we handle it. That’s the process.

Every arrangement includes a personalized card. You write the message during checkout, we print it and include it with the delivery. Yes, if you order before 2 PM Monday through Friday. That’s the cutoff for same-day design and delivery to Randall’s Island and the rest of Manhattan below 100th Street.
After 2 PM, your order gets fulfilled the next business day. We don’t promise same-day and then miss it—we’d rather set the right expectation upfront. Weekends have different scheduling depending on volume, so if you’re ordering Saturday or Sunday, call us directly to confirm timing.
Same-day delivery isn’t just marketing. We design the arrangement that morning or early afternoon, then route it with our other deliveries heading to your area. That’s how we keep flowers fresh and keep delivery windows realistic.
Most of our arrangements last five to ten days with basic care. Roses, lilies, and orchids tend to last longer. More delicate blooms like tulips or peonies are gorgeous but have a shorter window—usually closer to five days.
We include care instructions with every delivery: trim the stems at an angle, change the water every couple of days, keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. Those steps make a real difference. If someone just leaves them in the same water for a week, they’re not going to last as long.
If your flowers arrive and they’re already wilting or clearly not fresh, that’s on us. Let us know right away and we’ll make it right. But if they last three days instead of seven because nobody changed the water, that’s a care issue, not a quality issue.
Our driver will try to leave the arrangement in a safe spot if it’s a house or a building with a doorman who can accept it. If neither option works, we’ll contact you to figure out next steps—rescheduling delivery or choosing a different drop-off time.
For Randall’s Island, most deliveries go to apartment buildings or residential complexes. If there’s a concierge or front desk, we’ll leave it there with the recipient’s name. If it’s a walk-up with no secure lobby, we can’t just leave flowers outside, so we’ll need to coordinate a time when someone’s available.
You can also include delivery instructions during checkout—things like “leave with doorman,” “call recipient upon arrival,” or “delivery between 3-5 PM only.” The more specific you are, the smoother it goes. If there’s a problem, you’ll hear from us the same day, not three days later when the flowers are dead.

Office deliveries usually go more smoothly than residential ones because there’s someone at a front desk during business hours. Just include the recipient’s name, the business or facility name, and any suite or department info. If it’s a larger facility, a phone number for the recipient helps in case our driver needs directions once they’re on-site.
If you’re sending a birthday bouquet to someone at work, smaller arrangements often make more sense than huge statement pieces. Desk space is limited, and not everyone wants to haul a massive vase home on the subway. We can recommend sizing based on the setting if you’re not sure what works.
Absolutely. Custom design is one of our main strengths. If you want specific colors—say, all pink and white, or bold reds and oranges—we’ll design around that. If you want certain flowers included, like roses, sunflowers, or lilies, just let us know when you order.
The only limitation is availability. We source fresh from the Flower District each morning, so we’re working with what’s best that day. If you request something that’s out of season or unavailable, we’ll call you and suggest alternatives before we design anything. We don’t just swap things out and hope you don’t notice.
