Hear from Our Customers
You’re not looking for excuses about traffic or “delivery windows.” You need flowers to show up when they’re supposed to, looking like they just left the shop. That’s what happens when a real local florist handles the entire process instead of outsourcing to whoever’s cheapest.
We’re at 3 West 51st Street. Our drivers know Midtown. They know which buildings need appointments, which doormen to talk to, and how to navigate lunch rush without your delivery sitting in a hot van. Orders placed before 2pm get delivered the same day throughout Manhattan below 100th Street.
Every birthday bouquet gets cut fresh that morning from our shop. No boxes shipped from warehouses. No stems sitting in buckets for days. You’re sending flowers that’ll last through the weekend, not wilt by dinner.
You place your order online or call us directly. If it’s before 2pm on a weekday, we’ll deliver same day to most of Manhattan. You tell us the delivery address, any building access details that matter, and what you want the card to say.
We design your birthday bouquet fresh in our Midtown shop. Our florists select stems based on what’s best that day – roses, lilies, seasonal blooms that actually look good together. No pre-made arrangements pulled from a cooler.
Our driver loads your flowers into a climate-controlled vehicle and heads to the delivery address. They know the city. If there’s a building issue or the recipient isn’t available, they call you immediately to figure it out. Most deliveries happen within a few hours of your order.
You get confirmation when the flowers are delivered. The recipient gets fresh flowers that’ll last days, not hours. That’s the whole process.

Every birthday flower arrangement includes fresh-cut stems designed that morning, a personalized message card, and delivery to the address you specify. You can choose classic roses, mixed seasonal bouquets, or call us to create something specific.
In Midtown East, office deliveries are common. Our drivers handle corporate building protocols daily – security desks, reception sign-ins, elevator access. If you’re sending happy birthday flowers to someone’s desk, we know how to get them there without the recipient having to come downstairs.
For residential deliveries, we work with doormen and building staff across Manhattan. Temperature-controlled transport matters when you’re moving flowers through the city in July or January. We’re not leaving arrangements in hot vans or freezing trucks between stops.
Same-day delivery covers Manhattan below 100th Street when you order before 2pm Monday through Friday. Outer boroughs and weekend deliveries have different timing – call us to confirm. We’d rather tell you upfront what’s realistic than promise something we can’t deliver.
Yes, if you order before 2pm on weekdays. We’re located at 3 West 51st Street in Midtown East, which means we can reach most Manhattan addresses within hours of your order.
Same-day delivery works for Manhattan below 100th Street. If you’re sending birthday roses to an office in Midtown, the Financial District, or anywhere in between, we’ll get them there this afternoon. For areas above 100th Street or outer boroughs, call us directly – we can usually make it work but timing depends on our delivery schedule that day.
Weekend and holiday delivery is available but has different cutoff times. The earlier you order, the more flexibility we have with timing.
You don’t get exactly what’s in the photo because we design with fresh flowers, and fresh means what’s best today. If a specific rose variety isn’t available or looks weak, we substitute with something better.
That said, we match the style, color palette, and size you ordered. If you choose a pink and white arrangement, that’s what gets delivered. If you want a dozen red roses, you get a dozen red roses. We’re not switching a luxury bouquet for something half the size.
Call us if you have specific requirements – certain colors, flower types to avoid, or size concerns for the delivery location. We’d rather have that conversation upfront than send something you’re unhappy with. Our florists have been doing this for decades. They know what works.
Our driver calls you first. If it’s a residential delivery and nobody answers the door, we don’t just leave flowers in a hallway. We contact you using the phone number from your order to figure out next steps.
Options include leaving the arrangement with a doorman or building staff, delivering to a neighbor if you authorize it, or rescheduling for later that day. For office deliveries, we leave flowers with reception or the front desk – that’s standard for Manhattan buildings.
You can include delivery instructions when you order. If you know the recipient will be out until 5pm, tell us. If there’s a specific doorman to ask for or a side entrance to use, that information helps. Our drivers make dozens of stops daily across the city. They’re good at problem-solving, but details upfront make everything smoother.
Yes. We deliver to hospitals, hotels, office buildings, and residential addresses throughout Manhattan daily. Each location type has different protocols, and our drivers know them.
Hospitals often have restrictions on flower deliveries to certain floors or departments. If you’re sending a birthday bouquet to someone at a Manhattan hospital, we confirm delivery policies before we leave the shop. Some hospitals only accept deliveries during specific hours or require arrangements to go through a gift shop.
Hotels are usually straightforward – we deliver to the concierge desk with the guest’s name and room number. The hotel holds the flowers until the guest returns or calls the room to notify them. For both hospitals and hotels, include as much information as possible in your order: full name, room number, department, or any special instructions the facility provided.
Most arrangements last five to seven days with basic care. Roses typically last longer – sometimes up to two weeks. Delicate flowers like tulips or peonies might be shorter, usually around five days.
We cut stems the morning of your order, which gives you maximum vase life. Flowers shipped from warehouses or sitting in grocery store buckets for days start dying before you even get them. Fresh-cut means you’re getting the full lifespan of the bloom.
Care matters. Change the water every two days. Keep the arrangement away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Trim stems at an angle every few days. Most people don’t do any of this and still get close to a week. If someone actually follows those steps, flowers last noticeably longer. We include care instructions with every delivery.
