Our drivers are out every day covering Midtown, the Financial District, the Upper East and West Sides, and other neighborhoods across Manhattan. If your recipient is in a building we deliver to regularly—and we deliver to most of them—we already know the access requirements and how to get your flowers there on time.
If you’re sending birthday flowers to a residence and no one’s home, our driver will follow the instructions you provided during checkout. That might mean leaving it with a doorman, a neighbor, or in a secure location if you’ve cleared that in advance.
