We’re not the cheapest option in Manhattan, and that’s intentional. You’re paying for fresh flowers that were purchased that morning from the New York flower market, arranged by hand in our shop, and delivered by our team. Not a box of pre-arranged stems shipped from a warehouse.

Yes, every delivery includes a personalized card with your message. You provide the text when you order, and we make sure it’s written clearly and included with the arrangement.
If you’re ordering online and want to include a longer message or specific instructions, there’s a notes field during checkout. Use that. If you’re calling the shop, just tell us what you want the card to say and we’ll take care of it.
We don’t charge extra for the card, and we don’t use pre-printed templates with generic birthday messages. It’s your words, handwritten or printed legibly, delivered with the flowers.
If it’s a residential building, we coordinate with the doorman or front desk to hold the delivery until the recipient is available. Most Manhattan buildings have a system for this, and our drivers know how to work with building staff.
If it’s an office delivery, we bring the flowers to the reception desk or directly to the recipient’s workspace, depending on building access. For hotels, we deliver to the concierge or front desk with the guest’s name and room number.
If there’s no one available to receive the delivery and no secure location to leave it, we contact you to arrange a redelivery or an alternative address. We don’t leave fresh flowers sitting in a hallway or outside a door where they’ll wilt or get taken by someone else.
