Then our drivers load up and head to your address. They’re familiar with building protocols, so if there’s a specific entrance or a doorman who needs a heads-up, they know the drill. Your flowers get delivered in climate-controlled vehicles, so they arrive in the same condition they left our shop—even in July or January.
You get a notification when delivery’s complete. If there’s an issue—wrong address, recipient’s not available, building won’t accept the delivery—we contact you immediately to figure it out. No surprises three days later.

You don’t, completely—because flowers are a natural product and availability changes. But here’s what we do: if we can’t match the photo exactly, we substitute with something of equal or greater value in the same color palette and style.
We’re not swapping out roses for carnations and calling it close enough. If you ordered a premium arrangement, you’re getting premium flowers. If a specific bloom matters to you—say, you need peonies and only peonies—call us before ordering so we can confirm availability.

No. We’re the actual florist. We arrange the flowers in our Midtown shop, and our drivers deliver them.
A lot of online flower companies are just middlemen. They take your order, send it to a local florist through a wire service, take a cut, and the florist gets stuck filling an arrangement for less money than it’s worth. The result is often a smaller, cheaper-looking arrangement than what you thought you ordered.
We don’t operate that way. When you order from us, you’re ordering directly from the people who make and deliver your flowers. No third party involved.
Depends on the building and the situation. If there’s a doorman or a front desk, we leave the flowers with them—that’s standard for most Upper West Side buildings.
If it’s a walk-up or a building without a doorman, our driver will try to reach the recipient by phone. If nobody answers and we can’t leave the flowers safely, we’ll contact you to figure out next steps. Sometimes that means redelivery later the same day. Sometimes it means leaving them with a neighbor if you approve it.
We’re not going to leave expensive flowers sitting in a hallway or outside a door where they’ll wilt or get stolen. We’ll work with you to make sure they actually reach the person you’re sending them to.
