The photos on our site represent the style, size, and color palette you’ll receive. The exact flowers may vary slightly, but the overall look and value match what you ordered. If you have specific flower requirements—only roses, no lilies, specific colors—note that in your order and we’ll accommodate it or tell you if we can’t.
Yes. We deliver throughout Lower Manhattan daily, including the Financial District, Two Bridges, and surrounding neighborhoods.
Office buildings have specific delivery requirements. Most require check-in at security, recipient notification, and escort to the floor. Our drivers handle this routinely. They know which buildings allow lobby drop-offs and which require direct handoff to the recipient.
If your building has particularly strict protocols, include that information in the delivery instructions. Building name, floor number, and any special access requirements help us coordinate with building staff. For recurring corporate deliveries, we establish a relationship with your front desk so future deliveries go smoothly.
We contact you immediately. Our driver will call the phone number on the order and explain the situation. You can provide alternative instructions—try a neighbor, leave with building staff, redeliver later that day, or reschedule for another day.
We don’t leave flower arrangements in hallways or outside doors where they’ll wilt or get stolen. We also don’t mark orders “delivered” when they’re not. That’s a common complaint with national services that use third-party couriers who just want to clear their delivery queue.
If the recipient isn’t available and you want us to redeliver, there may be an additional delivery fee depending on the circumstances. We’ll discuss that with you before proceeding. Our goal is getting flowers to the right person in good condition, not just checking a box.

Some florists charge more for certain neighborhoods or buildings they consider difficult. We don’t. Our pricing is straightforward—the cost you see includes the arrangement and delivery to your Manhattan address.
For deliveries outside Manhattan or above 100th Street, delivery fees may apply. For same-day rush orders placed close to our cutoff time, there may be an additional fee. We’ll tell you the total cost before you complete your order. No surprise charges.
