Yes, because we’ve been delivering to Manhattan office buildings for three decades. We know which buildings require appointments, which ones need recipient approval before sending anything up, and which lobbies will hold deliveries for pickup.
If you’re sending flowers to someone at a corporate office in Flatiron, we’ll make sure they actually receive them. That might mean coordinating with building security, calling ahead to confirm someone’s in the office, or working with a doorman to get access.
This is where being a local florist matters. We’re not a national service trying to figure out New York City logistics. We’ve delivered to these buildings hundreds of times.
Our driver will attempt delivery at the address you provided. If it’s an apartment building with a doorman, we’ll leave the arrangement with the front desk and notify the recipient.
If it’s a walk-up or building without a doorman and no one answers, we’ll leave a note and attempt redelivery or contact you for instructions. We don’t just abandon your flowers on a doorstep.
For office deliveries, we coordinate with building security or reception to ensure someone receives the arrangement. If the recipient isn’t in that day, we’ll work with you to reschedule or deliver to an alternate location.
Yes. We deliver throughout Manhattan below 100th Street with same-day service if you order by noon on weekdays.
That includes Chelsea, Union Square, Gramercy Park, NoMad, Midtown, the Financial District, Tribeca, SoHo, the West Village, the East Village, the Upper East Side, and the Upper West Side. We’re centrally located in Midtown, so we can reach most of Manhattan quickly.
