For weddings or large events, customization is expected. We sit down with you, talk through your vision, and design everything around that. For smaller orders, even just mentioning “brighter colors” or “something modern” helps us tailor it to what you’re actually looking for.
We deliver everywhere in East Village. Apartments, businesses, walk-ups, doorman buildings, offices, restaurants, venues. We’ve delivered to all of it. East Village has a lot of walk-ups and older buildings, which means stairs and no doorman. We’re used to it.
If someone needs to be home to receive the delivery, let us know and we’ll coordinate timing. If it’s a doorman building, we leave it with the front desk. For walk-ups, we go to the door. If no one’s home and there’s no secure place to leave it, we’ll contact you to arrange redelivery or an alternate address.
