You’re not looking for just any Easter bouquet. You need flowers that show up when you need them, look like what you ordered, and last through the entire holiday weekend.
That’s what happens when a florist sources fresh from the flower district every morning, arranges everything in-house, and delivers it themselves. Your Easter lilies arrive in peak condition because they were cut yesterday, not last week. Your spring floral centerpieces make it past building security without sitting in a lobby for two hours. Your church flower arrangements get there on time because the driver knows exactly which entrance to use.
Most flower delivery services outsource to whoever’s available. We handle everything from start to finish. That means when you order Easter flowers for Sunday brunch or a church service, you’re not crossing your fingers and hoping some third-party service figures it out.
We’ve been delivering flowers to Sutton Place for nearly two decades. We’re located at 3 West 51st Street in Midtown, which means we’re close enough to get your Easter flowers to you fast—and experienced enough to navigate every co-op, doorman, and concierge desk between here and the East River.
We don’t use wire services or hand off orders to strangers. Every arrangement is made by our florists in our shop. Every delivery is handled by our drivers who know the neighborhood. When you’re dealing with luxury buildings that have strict delivery protocols, that matters more than you’d think.
We’ve done flowers for corporate offices, weddings at top Manhattan venues, and even movie sets. But most of our work is straightforward: helping people in Sutton Place get fresh, beautiful flowers delivered reliably when they need them.
Here’s how it actually works. Every morning, we head to the New York flower district and hand-pick fresh stems—Easter lilies, tulips, hydrangeas, whatever’s in season and looking best. We bring them back to our Midtown shop and start arranging.
When you place an order online or by phone, we build your arrangement fresh. No pre-made bouquets sitting in a cooler. If you order before 2 PM on a weekday, we deliver same-day to Sutton Place and anywhere in Manhattan below 100th Street. If you need it for Sunday, we make sure it’s timed for your brunch or service.
Our drivers know the buildings. They coordinate with doormen, follow security protocols, and make sure your flowers don’t get stuck in a service entrance or left with the wrong person. If there’s an issue, they call. If the recipient isn’t home, they work it out with building staff. You get a confirmation when it’s delivered.
That’s it. No mystery handoffs. No wondering if it’ll show up. Just fresh Easter flowers delivered the way they should be.

Easter falls in spring, which is the best time of year for flowers. You’ll see traditional white Easter lilies, which are still the most popular choice for church flower arrangements and home displays. They symbolize purity and resurrection, and they last a solid week if you keep them out of direct heat.
Beyond lilies, spring gives you tulips in every color, ranunculus, hyacinth, daffodils, and hydrangeas. If you want a more colorful Easter bouquet, we mix pastels—soft pinks, lavenders, buttery yellows—with seasonal greenery. For spring floral centerpieces, we build low, lush arrangements that work for dining tables without blocking conversation.
Sutton Place clients tend to go one of two ways: classic and elegant, or vibrant and modern. Both work. It depends on whether you’re decorating for a formal dinner, a casual brunch, or sending flowers to someone’s home. We can also do larger arrangements for building lobbies or church altars if you’re coordinating something bigger.
If you’re not sure what you want, call us. We’ll ask a few questions about the space, the occasion, and your style, and we’ll steer you toward what makes sense. No upselling, no fluff—just honest advice from people who do this every day.
Yes, but with some conditions. We deliver seven days a week, but same-day availability depends on when you order and what day it is. For weekday orders, the cutoff is 2 PM for same-day delivery to Sutton Place. On weekends, we recommend ordering by early afternoon, but it’s best to call and confirm.
Easter Sunday is one of the busiest days of the year for flower delivery. If you need something delivered that morning for a brunch or church service, order by Friday to guarantee availability and timing. Last-minute orders can work, but we can’t always promise same-day on a holiday.
If you’re planning ahead, you’re in good shape. If you’re scrambling Saturday night, call us anyway—we’ll tell you what’s possible.
The main difference is who’s actually making and delivering your flowers. When you order from a national service, they take your order and forward it to a local florist—sometimes one they’ve worked with, sometimes just whoever’s available. You’re paying them a fee, they’re paying the florist a cut, and you have no idea who’s handling your arrangement or what it’ll actually look like.
When you order from us, we make it and we deliver it. You’re dealing directly with the people doing the work. That means better quality control, better communication, and no middleman markups. It also means our drivers know Sutton Place. They know which buildings require ID, which doormen are strict about delivery windows, and how to navigate the neighborhood efficiently.
If you want predictable results and someone who’s accountable, order direct. If you just need something cheap and don’t care about the details, a wire service might be fine. But for Easter flowers that matter, we’d rather you know exactly what you’re getting.
A fresh Easter lily should last seven to ten days, sometimes longer if you take care of it. The key is buying it fresh to begin with. Because we source from the flower district every morning, your lilies are usually only a day or two out of the ground when they arrive.
To make them last, keep them out of direct sunlight and away from heating vents. Change the water every couple of days and trim the stems at an angle. Remove any pollen from the stamens if you’re worried about stains—it won’t hurt the flower, but it can stain fabric or countertops.
If your lilies start wilting within two or three days, something’s wrong. That usually means they were old when you got them or they sat in a hot delivery truck too long. Ours are kept climate-controlled from shop to door, so that’s not an issue. If you ever have a problem, let us know and we’ll make it right.
Yes. We deliver church flower arrangements throughout Manhattan, including Sutton Place and the surrounding neighborhoods. If you’re coordinating flowers for an Easter service, we’ll work with you on timing, size, and setup.
Church deliveries are a little different than residential. You’ll need to give us a contact name, a specific delivery window, and any instructions about where the flowers should go—altar, vestibule, side chapel, etc. Some churches have staff on-site who can receive the delivery; others need you to meet us there. Either way, just let us know what works.
For larger installations or multiple arrangements, we recommend ordering at least a few days in advance so we can source enough of the right flowers. Easter lilies are popular and can sell out fast during Holy Week, so the earlier you order, the better.
Yes, and we’re used to it. Sutton Place has some of the most secure residential buildings in Manhattan, and we’ve been delivering there for years. Our drivers know the protocols—checking in with the concierge, providing ID, coordinating with building staff, and making sure your flowers get to the right apartment.
If the recipient isn’t home, we don’t just leave the flowers in a lobby and hope for the best. We confirm with the doorman that they’ll accept the delivery and notify the resident. If that’s not an option, we call you to figure out next steps. We’ve never had a delivery lost or mishandled because we take the time to do it right.
Some buildings have specific delivery windows or require advance notice. If you know your building has special rules, mention it when you order. Otherwise, we’ll handle it—we’ve probably delivered there before.
